1920-dated political business card featuring Portland, Oregon city commissioner A.L. BARBUR!

This standard-sized business card features an outstanding portrait photograph of Commissioner Barbur, who was running for re-election. The card is mounted on very old scrapbook paper, and is partially loose so that it's possible to carefully remove the card if one chose to do so. Interesting text on the card includes:
"The Same Efficiency, The Same Courtesy, The Same Economy, The Same Open Door Policy"
. Additional text says that candidate Barbur
"Believes in promoting shipping and home manufacturing. My slogan: Greater Port and Greater Industries, Lower Prices for Street and Sewer Improvements"
