    Frito Lay was test marketing snacks in a can from a soft drink vending machine in 1996
    It didn't catch on so they "canned" the idea!
    I got this from an employee who worked for Frito Lay back then
    Of course, since it is unopened, it still has the pretzels inside - you can hear them rattle, but don't eat them - I'm sure they are very stale
