New Eaton GM M90 Gen 5 Supercharger
w/ Install Kit to use on Gen 3 Vehicles
Kit lets you install a NEW (0 miles) Gen 5 Supercharger in place of a Gen 3 Supercharger
Use the original throttle body and all sensors from the Gen 3 Vehicle
Included in kit:
(1) NEW Gen 5 Eaton GM M90 Supercharger 0 miles
Throttle body adapter to install your 1996-2005 Throttle body
with working PCV - Hose and fitting included to make it work
Cover Plate to block the Purge Valve Location (use the Gen 3 purge valve you have)
Supercharger mounting bolts (different length then gen 3)
New ACDelco 2 tee Vacuum Harness - Your old one needs replaced!
New FelPro Plenum Gasket set
New Aluminum Coolant Elbows w/ ACDelc O-Rings (The dorman brand O-Rings have had issues in the past)
Notes:
Engine cover will not fit over the Gen 5 supercharger, no screw hole to mount cover also.
The flexible boot to the air cleaner will need to be

location
Gen 3 intake manifold inlet opening is 1" smaller then the Gen 5.   Supercharger will still bolt up and seal with the gasket above.   Gen 3 gasket will not seal with this supercharger.
Kit only converts L67 engines so they can use the L32 supercharger.   Will not work on normally aspirated cars, they need a complete "Top Swap"
