This ad is for a pair of original specification rotor pack (middle of the supercharger) ball bearings for the Eaton M112 superchargers as fitted to 4.0 and 4.2 versions of the M112.
These bearings are not
normally
changed, so are not included in the supercharger rebuild kits we list. They are designed not to be removable when the charger is built - at assembly the casting is 'rolled' onto the lip of the bearing outer race, and removal results in this rolled lip
being
fractured. Fortunately, as they are oil bath lubricated and not subject to belt load, they rarely fail.
However, by popular demand for the rebuilders out there who want to take this task on, including the challenge of accurately meshing the rotors at reassembly as well as using an extra high strength bearing lock to seat them, they are available.
