The coin is a scarce and a hard to come by variety of Sheriff's Office challenge coins.  The coin has never been circulated and remains inside the original protective clear vinyl envelope.  Inasmuch it is in excellent condition.  The coin is made out of a heavy gold colored base metal and is deeply imprinted and embossed on both sides.  The coin has beautiful details and multiple colors that brilliantly highlight the Sheriff's current issued badge on one side and the "Punisher" skull on the reverse.  The coin measures approximately 1.75" in diameter and is approximately 1/8" thick.
The front side of the coin features
a highly polished gold colored deeply embossed Sheriff's Office badge atop a brilliant silver colored field
surrounded by the words "
SID
" and "
UNDERCOVER OPERATIONS
".
The reverse side of the coin features a colorful "Thin Blue Line" patriotic flag rendition of the "Punisher Skull" against a brightly polished silver colored field in the center of the coin.  The skull is encircled with the words and abbreviations "
NARCOTICS
", "
GRTF
",
REU
",
SOB
" and "
VICE
" representing the five units that comprise the Division.
