This is a NEW/UNUSED* Electronic part - one of many from our existing inventory and old stock (NOT recommended for DIY installation). Please verify that  this is the correct part for your use. If you have any questions, please consult with us before purchase and/or afterward and, if needed, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of purchase/receipt.
*New parts (except for electronics) are covered by standard factory warranty.
**New OE (Off Engine) implies parts in "new condition" having been taken off a new engine during preparation for putting it into service for specific application. New OE parts do not come with a standard "new part" warranty. We warranty that they are in working condition, you must contact us within 7 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if there is a problem. You pay return shipping charges unless item was damaged when you received it.
While we do guarantee that all our items/parts are in great, working condition, we do not allow returns without a reasonable explanation of how the part was installed/tested. We are fair and reasonable people. However, we cannot afford to finance DIY trial and error repairs or accept returns on items that may have been damaged during install.
We do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong part. Please be sure that the ordered part is the correct one for your motor. Contact us with your engine serial number if you have any doubts.

Warranty/Return Policy:
Any hidden or non-hidden damage of merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Non-hidden damage should be noted on the signed bill of lading and initialed by the driver. Southeastern Marine Power offers a return period of 7 days from date of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which should include insurance. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please find our contact information as supplied with your merchandise. You will need to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
